Description
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and overseeing commercial construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline goals. Manage project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Perform on-site inspections to monitor progress, compliance with project specifications, and adherence to safety standards. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Support the preparation of project budgets and progress reports.
Profile
Experience:
2+ years in commercial construction, with proven involvement in managing multi-million-dollar projects. Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam). Education:
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Other Requirements:
Must be willing to travel within Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. A valid driver's license is required.
