Job Description:

Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr

Experience:

minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. t least 3 years' experience in an IS healthcare setting. 2 years' experience in full life cycle implementations, including scoping/planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live support. Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. lternatively, 9 years of equivalent work experience without a bachelor's degree. Technical Expertise:

Strong experience with Kronos Timekeeping and Scheduling, particularly Kronos Workforce Central (WFC). Familiarity with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) is a plus but not required. Proficiency in configuring applications and supporting interfaces and reporting within solutions. Experience with tools such as Lawson, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Finance, and/or Procurement/Supply Chain systems. nalytical and Administrative Skills:

bility to identify and document design specifications based on user needs and perform need-gap analyses. Proficient in analyzing and evaluating systems to solve problems using data processing techniques. Strong knowledge of functional workflows and processes to maintain system functionality and enhance user productivity. Data Management and Reporting:

Expertise in extracting, analyzing, and transforming data while maintaining system security and data integrity. Experience in creating and maintaining advanced-level reports using SQL, QlikView, Lawson Business Intelligence, Infor Business Intelligence, and Kronos Genies. Project and Communication Skills:

bility to coordinate with external vendors, system owners, community partners, contractors, and leadership to implement and operationalize business application systems. Proven ability to manage software upgrades, implementations, and conversions while facilitating effective communication between users and vendors.
