Duties and Responsibilities for Packaging Assistant:
Quality controlling, organizing, and packaging portioned cuts of beef and pork Running basic equipment (cryovac, needle tenderizer, roll tenderizer, dicer, dip tank, etc.) Air cooled environment (USDA inspected room) Skills and Qualifications for Packaging Assistant:
Must be able to stand 8 hours Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, twist Standing and lifting up to 50-60 lb Production and safety-minded
Job Details for Packaging Assistant:
Temp-Hire
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM Must be available to work OT when mandated by client.
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
