Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process within Frasco. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the company attracts and hires the best talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with Service Line Leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and retaining employees. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Essential Job Functions:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring goals Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing training and support as needed Collaborate with service line leaders to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization Oversee the candidate selection process, including reference checks, assessment tests, and background screenings Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information Develop, monitor and analyze recruitment and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement strategies to manage recruiting expenses. Monitor and analyze the return on investment (ROI) of various recruiting channels and initiatives to ensure cost-effective hiring practices. Provide regular reports on recruiting spend and ROI to the HR Director. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Competencies:

Candidates for this position must meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Experience in managing a team of recruiters Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Preferred Skills/Experience:

While not required, the following skills and experience are preferred:

Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) Experience in a specific industry relevant to the organization Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and tools Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks:

Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer Occasional travel may be required for recruitment events or meetings Ability to lift up to 20 pounds for setting up recruitment events or materials.
