The
Digital Marketing Program Strategist
is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi channel marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and ROI for clients. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends. As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable success.
Promary Responsibilities Strategy Development:
Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, and social media. Campaign
Management:
Oversee the execution, performance tracking, and optimization of campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and goal achievement. Data
Analysis:
Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs, generate insights, and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions and showcase results to stakeholders. Client
Collaboration:
Partner with clients to understand their objectives, propose solutions, and deliver tailored strategies that meet their unique needs. Platform
Expertise:
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends, ensuring best practices are implemented across all campaigns. Team
Coordination:
Work with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Product, and Sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless campaign execution. Content
Strategy:
Develop and oversee content plans to drive engagement, including social posts and thought leadership materials. Budget
Management:
Plan and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and performance maximization. Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign execution. Strong understanding of and expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and The TradeDesk. Proven track record of driving measurable results through multi-channel marketing strategies. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Tableau, or similar. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem- solving. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a digital marketing agency or technology company. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, The TradeDesk or other digital platforms. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Knowledge of emerging digital trends such as AI in marketing, programmatic advertising, or search engine optimization.
