YOUR MISSION (The Job Description)

The Director of Cybersecurity/Infrastructure will play an important role in the overall management and security of the property network-related hardware and software. They will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with the installation and maintenance of the entire property network to include but not limited to servers, switches, routers and firewalls.

THE NITTY-GRITTY (The Essential Job Duties)

This role will work closely with Information Systems Director to: Oversee and assist with the installation and maintenance of all network operating systems to include but not limited to Windows, Exchange and SQL and backups Oversee and assist with the installation and maintenance of all systems and practices required to maintain a secure network to include but not limited to IPS, SIEM, general network event monitoring, penetration testing, security scans, etc. Work with IT team and property staff to discuss system requirements, proposed changes, priorities, schedules and service standards Work with Director to achieve strategic, long-range goal Consult with Director on equipment performance, output quality and maintenance schedule Assist with training of IT staff on best practices and new technologies to allow for first rate technical support Evaluate workload and capacity of computer systems to determine feasibility of expanding or enhancing computer operations; recommends improvements in computer systems Assist Director in the layout and installation of new systems or modification of existing systems Work with Director to create, maintain and test an effective disaster recovery plan for the property; conducts periodic testing of disaster recovery plan, including routine restoration of system backups Create and maintain an enterprise security stance through policy, architecture and training processes while ensuring adherence to regulations and standards set by organizations such as the Gaming Control Board, the PCI Security Council and both federal and state privacy laws Create and oversee plans to remediate any vulnerabilities discovered Other duties as assigned WHAT IT TAKES (The Qualities We Look For)

Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communications skills with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language Skill in planning and preparing written communication Bachelor's degree in management information systems, Business Administration or related field AND 3 years direct experience managing infrastructure is desirable Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of personal and enterprise products Familiarity with the AS400 Familiarity with switches, routers and firewalls preferably Cisco focused THE WORKING CONDITIONS

Must have ability to:

Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of sound, temperature, smoke, and vibration Work with hazards such as cleaning chemicals, ink, or other chemicals and paper dust Assimilate information and clearly communicate with users, management staff or vendors in English Observe and direct actions of trainees and maintain required logs Review and comprehend all necessary documentation Use a computer keyboard Diagnose potential problems with and replace peripheral devices without supervision Effectively and efficiently move from floor to floor as needed Lift up to 40 pounds Move up to 50 pounds to be able to perform inspector and utility duties as needed and perform necessary inventory checks Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, climbing, bending, and kneeling without restriction, work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT fatigue, noise, dust, cigarette smoke, and pet dander/hair Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and maintain physical stamina and mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines VALUABLE TRAITS
