Description: • The Senior Business Relationship Manager (BRM) serves as a trusted advisor and principal liaison between IT and key stakeholders across the organization. • This role involves managing technology demand, shaping strategic technology initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • The BRM is integral throughout the lifecycle of IT solutions, from strategic planning to organizational adoption of technology innovations.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and enhance the BRM function in partnership with leadership. • Represent the BRM function in strategic decision-making processes. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the strategic goals and unique requirements of supported functional areas. • Advise stakeholders on IT vision, strategy, and roadmap to enhance awareness and shape technology solutions. • Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities to integrate solutions and reduce silos. • Partner with IT leadership to align solution designs, establish roadmaps, and prioritize resources. • Manage intake, justification, and scoping of new technology projects. • Actively engage stakeholders in strategic IT planning efforts. • Design and implement BRM processes, roles, and reporting structures. • Support IT governance by balancing firm-wide priorities. • Lead business and functional requirements definition for critical initiatives. • Develop templates for project scoping, requirements, and process flow documentation. • Contribute to change management and communication strategies for technology adoption. • Establish service level agreements (SLAs) for new or revised services.

Required Skills: • Proven experience in strategic technology planning and organizational change management. • Familiarity with BRM models, process design, and governance frameworks. • Strong project and program management knowledge. • Ability to build strong relationships with executive stakeholders. • Exceptional customer service orientation combined with persuasive and diplomatic skills. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Desired Skills: • Familiarity with large professional service organizations or similar industries. • Knowledge of program management office functions and governance. • Experience leading multi-functional teams, including third-party consultants. • Awareness of technology trends and their organizational impacts.

Compensation: Pay Range: $145,000K - $210,000K
