My client is looking for an experienced Facilities Engineer to manage our properties and manufacturing equipment, maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning work environment. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will develop strategies, streamline operations, and lead facility and equipment upgrades. Description In this role you will report to the Director of Engineering and be responsible for:

Strategically planning and managing facility operations with an engineering-focused approach to ensure alignment with company goals and long-term objectives. Overseeing ongoing maintenance activities, managing budgets, and executing capital projects to optimize facility performance and cost efficiency. Continuously evaluating and improving manufacturing equipment performance to enhance productivity and reliability. Driving initiatives related to space utilization, infrastructure optimization, and environmental health and safety (EHS) programs to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, actively managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the effective oversight of security measures to support seamless operations.
