Description
Assist in planning and scheduling.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Oversee construction activities for compliance with plans and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols.
Conduct safety meetings and training.
Liaise between the Superintendent, project manager, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Provide project updates and attend meetings.
Maintain project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
Track and document project changes.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and address defects.
Conduct inspections and tests as required.
Manage and allocate labor, materials, and equipment.
Coordinate delivery of materials and monitor inventory.
Identify and resolve issues during construction.
Develop and implement solutions with the project team.
Profile Must have prior project experience >10 million dollars Preference for prior healthcare construction experience Proficient in concrete and structural steel building Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate construction teams, subcontractors, and other personnel on the job site. Excellent communication skills to convey project expectations, updates, and changes to appropriate parties Able to identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction, such as unexpected delays, design changes, or unforeseen obstacles. Understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques, local building codes and regulations. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Track expenses & find cost-effective solutions to keep the project within budget Proficient in creating and managing construction schedules and ensuring that timelines are met. Familiarity with construction contracts, including the ability to interpret contract documents, negotiate terms, and enforce contract requirements. Capability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and construction teams Skill in resolving conflicts and disputes that may arise among team members on the job site Job Offer Base salary contingent on experience 85-110K + annual discretionary bonus Monthly car allowance 401k with 3% company match Excellent health benefits Pet insurance Annual wellness stipend LOCAL work!
