Responsibilities
  1. Work within a Drupal Content Management System to perform revisions to DDS's publicly facing web pages.
  2. Contribute to stakeholder discussions regarding communication strategy for web pages and development of content overhaul and approval process.
  3. Monitor performance of interventions with Google Analytics and other metrics.
  4. Perform sweeps for outdated or poorly connected content.
  5. Innovate within the CMS to improve how information is presented to the public.
  6. Draft supporting documentation and diagrams to support webpage content.
  7. Assist in the creation of an Intranet by collecting and entering data from DDS operations into the site.
  8. Perform other supporting duties as required.
Qualifications
  1. Working knowledge of Drupal.
  2. Experience in working with Google Analytics.
  3. Understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
  4. 2 years of full time or equivalent part-time experience in data entry, communications, or administration of a website or content management system.
  5. Understanding of UX/UI (user experience/user interface) design.
  6. Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization)
  7. 1+ years of experience working with Sharepoint Sites.
  8. Good visual design sense.
  9. Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  10. Experience in responding well to clients' design requests.
  11. Good communication skills and ability to work with deadlines.
