Join our dedicated team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. --- Position Overview As a CNA, you will provide essential care and support to residents with specialized needs, including: * Therapeutic support * Neuro and dementia care * Dialysis * IV therapy * Infectious disease management * Wound care Your role is critical in ensuring each resident's well-being, dignity, and comfort. --- Key Responsibilities * Deliver nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, adhering to the highest safety and care standards. * Collaborate with the Charge Nurse as a vital member of the interdisciplinary team. * Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, based on individualized Care Plans. * Ensure residents adhere to their Care Plans, including scheduled out-of-bed times. * Foster positive interactions with residents, families, coworkers, and clinical staff. * Perform additional tasks as needed to enhance the care experience for residents. --- Qualifications * Education: High school diploma or GED (preferred). * Certification: * Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required. * Completion of a state-approved training program and examination. * Certification documentation must be provided with the application. --- Job Details * Employment Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN * Pay Rates: $17.50 - $22.83 per hour (competitive new rates!) * Work Environment: Long-term care, nursing home --- Shifts & Schedule * Shifts Available: Day, Evening, Night * Schedule: Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends as assigned --- Why Join Us?
