Director of Grain Merchandising Responsibilities:

Capitalize on opportunities in the Ag market
Build relationships with producers throughout the area
Responsible for over all oversight of buying, contracting and selling various commodities
Oversight of sales plans, budgets, P&L
Oversight of risk management
Monitor future markets on a regular basis

Director of Grain Merchandising Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' experience merchandising grain/feed commodities
Degree in Agriculture or related field
Proficient in various software systems
Strong communication skills
Experience with a variety of commodities a plus

Comp: $150K-$200K base DOE bonus potential
