This unique role offers a blend of traditional and remote work environments, providing the opportunity to engage with various aspects of property accounting while working with the latest technology. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, property management, and the sales industry. They will also be proficient in ADP Payroll. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, the candidate will be expected to manage multiple properties' financial data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of accounting for assigned properties, including but not limited to, preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Process payroll using ADP Payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments to all employees. Conduct regular audits of property financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with the sales team to understand revenue trends and forecast future profitability. Liaise with property managers, providing them with accurate financial data to assist in operational decision-making. Streamline and improve accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights into property financial performance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, property management laws and regulations, and industry trends.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in property accounting, preferably in the sales industry. Proficiency in ADP Payroll is a must. Strong understanding of accounting principles, property management, and the sales industry. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
