A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a Human Resources Director onto their growing team. This individual would work in person at their manufacturing plant Monday through Friday, in Miami, FL. This role will be the main point of contact for the internal managers and business development team when interacting with the Human Resource Department. They will have an HR Generalist, HR Administrator, and Payroll Specialist reporting into them.
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for: Project Management within the HR department. Staffing strategy, budgeting, and planning. Managing an existing compensation structure. Conflict resolution between employees.

Minimum Requirements: 7+ years of experience in Human Resources. Management or Director level experience. Experience working with a headcount of 100+ employees. Bilingual in Spanish. Comfortable working 5 days a week onsite in Miami, FL.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working with OSHA/safety guidelines. Experience with Canadian labor laws. Manufacturing, specifically in aviation, industry experience. ADP Workforce experience.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
