This role involves handling customer service inquiries, data entry tasks, and managing both inbound and outbound communication in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage inbound calls, providing prompt and courteous service to all callers

• Assist in outbound calls whenever necessary, ensuring clear and effective communication

• Offer high-quality customer service, resolving any customer issues in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Handle data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency at all times

• Oversee email correspondence, ensuring all emails are responded to promptly and in a detail oriented manner

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to effectively manage and organize work

• Schedule appointments as necessary, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure smooth scheduling

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records are maintained at all times

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed.

•Spanish Bilingual Proficiency

Demonstrated proficiency in answering inbound calls with patience and professionalism.

• Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service, prioritizing client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Skilled in email correspondence, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, appointments, and tasks.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

• Experience in scheduling appointments, effectively managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
