As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounting team with essential tasks. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure smooth operations and excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date and precise records of customer accounts.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.
• Collaborate with the construction and development accounting team to ensure smooth operations.
• Process invoices and compile draw packages for construction projects.
• Utilize accounting software and implement ERP solutions to streamline workflows.
• Analyze account details for accuracy and reconcile accounts payable.

• Ability to utilize Adobe Acrobat effectively.

• Experience with Dynamics NAV will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions is necessary.

• Skilled in Account Analysis.

• Familiarity with Accounting Entries procedures.

• Understanding of various Accounting Functions.

• Competency in Account Reconciliation.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
