The Opportunity
Direct Digital Holdings is seeking a
Digital Trafficker
to join the team at
Orange142 . The Digital Trafficker is responsible for organizing creatives, gathering URLs, managing our ad server, and executing set up for multi-channel digital advertising campaigns. This individual should have a well-rounded knowledge of advertising from paid search to display advertising with extreme attention to detail.
Responsibilities Organize and set up digital campaign tickets and assign to appropriate stakeholder. Set up creatives and URLs for upcoming campaigns. Manage ad specifications of both internal team members and external stakeholders. Troubleshoot trafficking issues with ad serving vendors, third party technologies, and internal/external departments. Work closely with the client-facing members of the marketing, media, creative, and account teams to set program strategies, fulfill ad-hoc client requests, QA and test creative, implement creative rotation, and monitor campaign budget. Monitor the performance of agreed client campaign requirements in terms of quality, accuracy, and KPI's. Qualifications
A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in marketing, communications, or another related field is preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital marketing and advertising is preferred. Strong understanding of trafficking video, rich media, mobile, email, social, and other executions beyond simple creative display. Familiarity with data-targeting and its traffic implications. Ability to discuss strategic and tactical ad operations plans, including implementation. Experience using data, analytics, and testing to drive copy direction. Experience with analytics platforms, specifically Google Analytics. Ability to work in Google Ads Suite with knowledge of other digital ad platforms and programmatic buying. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Proficiency with Google G Suite including Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Ability to interface directly with key client stakeholders. Strong time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Compensation
Base salary plus annual bonus and benefits.
