Unit Information: Location: Asheville, Address: 509 Biltmore Ave, Floor: G7, Building: Main campus General Information: Number of Beds – 23 step down, 16 med surg, Number of Staff – Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge, 11 RN, 4 PCT, Night Shift – 1 charge, 10 RN, 4 PCT, Patient Ratios – 1:3-4 Step down, 1:4-6 med surg, Type of equipment – lifts, chest tubes, cardiac drips, stable vented patients, trachs, EMR - Cerner Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: 2 years nursing experience, Experience working with trachs, Preferred or nice to have: Previous experience with cerner List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Trach care, chest tubes, wound dressing changes Best personality Fit: Flexibility and high level of clinical competence Job Requirements
