Truck Driver Safely operate company trucks to transport heavy equipment such as track hoes, forklifts, manlifts, and loaders, along with loading and unloading scrap material, including large vessels, pallets, skids, piping, and totes. Independently load and unload equipment and scrap materials, utilizing proper techniques for safe handling and transportation. Secure loads using blocking, straps, and chains to prevent movement during transport and ensure compliance with safety standards. Conduct thorough inspections of tires, airbags and all suspension components for damage prior to trips, ensuring the vehicle is in safe operating condition. Navigate tight areas and job sites with precision to avoid damaging equipment or property, maintaining a keen awareness of surroundings. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and equipment condition, adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements. Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to coordinate effective loading and unloading schedules, optimizing workflow. Follow all company policies and safety procedures to promote a safe working environment for yourself and others. Qualifications:

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with at least 5 years of a clean driving record. Minimum 3 years of experience driving trucks in the heavy equipment or recycling industry. Knowledge and experience in loading and unloading heavy machinery and scrap materials. Familiarity with proper securing techniques for loads, including the use of blocks, straps, and chains. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, identifying potential safety concerns. Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads and performing manual labor as necessary. Benefits:
