We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare positions.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare roles and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
