We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk in Cerritos, California.


Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk include:

• Providing excellent customer service by responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, co-workers, or members of the business community.

• Timely billing and collections of all accounts receivable including billing 

• Processing all accounts payable invoices

• Processing deposit of all payments received 

• Reviewing time cards and administering payroll policies and procedures

• Facilitating vendor coordination and supervision 

• Processing expense reports and tracking Capital Expenditures 

• Maintaining financial records as needed 

• Maintaining files folders for vendors, equipment, etc., as needed 

• Assisting in answering phones and general pricing information

• Performing other duties as assigned



• Minimum two (2) years of prior experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, general office duties, and Accounts Payable/Receivable

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in QuickBooks Online  

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong data entry skills

• Excellent work-ethic: attendance, punctuality, attitude, etc.
