Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper/Secretary to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. 

**Needs to understand the construction industry and understand “Quick Book Accounting”. Need to be able to run a single person office and understands General Contracting Contracts and subcontracts including the certificate insurance procedure of liabilities.  Must be very good with computer programs such as, Excel, Word, Acrobat, Outlook emails, internet, etc. 

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Compute and record numerical data 
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
