Restaurant General Manager Qualifications
- Over three years of leadership experience in a full-service setting
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
- Holds or can obtain a Food Safety Manager certification during training
- Skilled in analyzing financial performance and maximizing profitability
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain restaurant managers and team members
- Foster a "Guest First" culture, encouraging repeat visits
- Ensure operational excellence by adhering to brand standards
- Demonstrate bold decision-making and confidently stand behind choices
Benefits Package
- Competitive salary ranging from $63,000 to $70,000
