Job Description
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating a rubber injection molding machine. Your daily tasks will include loading parts into the machine, removing finished products, trimming excess rubber, and performing quality checks to ensure high standards. You will repeat this process until all molds for the specific product are completed.
Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Operate a rubber injection molding machine efficiently.
- Loading Parts: Load parts into the machine based on specific job requirements.
- Product Removal: Remove the finished product from the insert once the machine cycle is complete.
- Trimming: Trim any excess rubber from the product to meet quality standards.
- Quality Checks: Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet required specifications.
- Repetition: Repeat the process until all molds for the specific product are completed.
Essential Skills
- Production Experience: in production, general labor, assembly, or packaging.
- Manufacturing Experience: 6+ months of manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Machine Operation: Familiarity with machine operation and hand tools.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00
