Position Overview:

The Seasonal Concierge will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our guests. This role involves assisting guests with their needs, making reservations, offering local recommendations, and ensuring a seamless experience during their stay. The ideal candidate is a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests.
2. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, events, and activities.
3. Assist guests with making reservations for restaurants, tours, spa services, and transportation.
4. Offer personalized recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
5. Manage guests’ requests, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
6. Assist with check-in/check-out processes when necessary.
7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local events.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
9. Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly resolve issues when possible.
10. Help promote hotel services and upsell amenities as appropriate.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
2. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
5. In-depth knowledge of the local area, including attractions and dining options.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation management systems.
8. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
