POSITION: Tax Accountant

FULLTIME: Assignment 1/6/25 - 5/30/25
LOCATION: Providence, RI (onsite)
SCHEDULE: M-F / 8:30AM-5PM EST
PAY RANGE: $24.86/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work as Fiduciary Trust Tax Service tax officer including responsibility for assigned accounts; achieving client focused service standards and complying with Bank standards and policies and federal and state laws. Build partnerships and develop strong relationships with internal partners. Manage risk by identifying and escalating risks promptly. The candidate should have strong organization skills and a willingness to learn tax technical skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fiduciary tax services environment or other comparable professional environment.
2. Accounting, finance or law degree preferred but not required.
3. Able to work in multi-task environment and deliver results.
4. Demonstrated oral, written and presentation communication skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
