Job Description

Boxtrot, a rapidly growing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) company, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team as we expand into a second location.

As the Warehouse Manager at Boxtrot, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our daily warehouse operations and managing a team of approximately 30 employees. We specialize in providing exceptional logistics solutions, and your leadership will ensure smooth operations to meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
2. Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.
3. Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
4. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
5. Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
6. Liaise with other departments to coordinate warehouse activities and fulfill customer orders on time.
7. Monitor and manage warehouse KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to improve productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a 3PL environment.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
4. Knowledge of warehouse software (e.g., WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, etc.
5. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Understanding of safety and compliance regulations.
7. Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
