As Warehouse Department Manager you will support overnight operations at our new, 1 million-square-foot Columbus warehouse stocked with over 40,000 shipping, industrial, and packaging products. Our company continues to grow, creating new opportunities and job stability you can count on!

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the inbound department, including receiving, stocking, transfers, and restocking.
• Provide hands-on leadership and development for warehouse team lead personnel.
• Create schedules and plans to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer service in your daily department operations.
• Monitor warehouse performance data and quality standards to identify opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Supervisory experience within a high volume, fast-paced distribution environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
