Title: Warehouse Manager
General Summary:
Directs and controls warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing inventory. Manages the quality and safety aspects of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads and directs the warehouse supervisors in San Antonio for night shift.
- Responsible for creating a safe work environment for our employees through the TRC safety program and OSHA guidelines.
- Strong focus on developing employees for future career opportunities.
- Coordinates regular meetings with warehouse supervisors and other members of leadership from related departments.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement, culture, and professionalism.
- Responsible for meeting customer service commitments on all shifts.
- Takes a leadership role in creating the most efficient logistics system.
- Responsible for the quality system in the warehouse.
- Ensures that warehouse team members are performing in accordance with established work instructions.
- Works with the supervisors to coordinate the workload of warehouse employees, shift schedules, and expedites workflow.
- Directs supervisors and team members to maintain facilities in tour-ready condition.
- Monitors warehouse business reports to ensure efficiency.
- Conducts annual performance evaluation reviews.
- Oversees department budget and controls costs.
- Ensures that all safety policies and procedures are followed and safety training is completed.
Facility Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating and managing tasks performed on facilities and equipment.
- Maintains production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment down time.
- Establishes and maintains preventative maintenance procedures.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or a minimum of five years industry experience with a minimum of two years in a leadership position.
- Five or more years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Experience with inventory controls, warehouse layout and design, shipping, receiving, and scheduling is preferred.
- Proven leadership ability with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to deal with all aspects of personnel issues.
- Requires problem-solving capabilities and the ability to react quickly to complex situations.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products including Word & Excel.

Reports To: Regional Operations Manager
Direct Reports: Warehouse Supervisors
Working Conditions: Normal warehouse environment
