Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Duties include receiving, picking, sorting, equipment prep, inventory management, making deliveries, and other general warehouse duties.
  • Fill customer orders and prepare for delivery.
  • Load/unload truck accurately and safely.
  • Drive company vehicle to make deliveries while obeying traffic laws and safety procedures. Maintain appropriate licensing, credentials, and acceptable driving record (must maintain an insurable driving record).
  • Conduct oneself in a professional and courteous manner while in public or at while at a customer place of business.
  • Perform cycle counts as required while following through on any discrepancies founed.
  • Perform vehicle and/or forklift inspections as needed. Maintain presentable truck appearance, cleaning as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining the appearance of the branch (Clean warehouse, sweep parking lot, counter area, bathrooms, etc., without being directed to do so).
  • MUST BE RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE, our customers depend on our products to run their businesses.
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed.
  • Position is full-time, Monday - Friday, off on weekends.

Requirements

  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, and must pass DOT Medical Exam.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Must clear pre-employment screening upon a contingent offer.

Salary Description

Pay range: $18-20 per hour DOE
