The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for operating a forklift for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, palletizing, and counting merchandise. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. Additionally, the operator handles carton boxes manually when unloading from the container and picking up from locations in the warehouse.

Responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out all customer service activities such as data entry, billing, creating delivery orders, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling issues in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner.
2. Filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform while adhering to company standards for safety, security, and productivity.
3. Ensuring all orders are filled completely and correctly.
