Role Definition
Manages the logistics operations within the Americas Solution Warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day activities within the warehouse, including coordinating staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring workflow.
- Overseeing receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods ensuring efficient inventory management and overall smooth operation of the warehouse.
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels, optimizing storage space, and implementing strategies to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Planning the flow of goods within the warehouse, including picking routes, packing procedures, and shipping schedules.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like order fulfillment time, accuracy, and warehouse efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
Degree Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience desired.

Summary Pay Range: $79,800.00 - $119,760.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
