Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator at Milano Di Rouge will play a pivotal role in two key aspects of our
operations:

Warehouse Organization:

  1. Organize and optimize our warehouse space to guarantee efficient storage and retrieval of
    products and materials.
  2. Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels, reduce waste,
    and improve efficiency.
  3. Coordinate logistics for events and fashion shows, ensuring timely delivery and setup.

Global Logistics Network Development:

  1. Develop and fortify Milano Di Rouge's global logistics network.
  2. Implement best practices to coordinate logistics processes and foster strong carrier
    relationships.
  3. Focus on achieving the best cost and on-time delivery for all shipments.
  4. Oversee the timely flow of import and domestic products, including cargo tracking,
    Customs clearance, and final delivery to company locations and customers.
  5. Ensure strict compliance with all legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry
    standards related to the importation of commercial shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Efficiently organize the warehouse for optimal product storage and retrieval.
  2. Implement inventory control processes to minimize waste and maintain accurate
    stock levels.
  3. Coordinate logistics for events and fashion shows to ensure timely delivery and
    setup.
  4. Develop and strengthen Milano Di Rouge's global logistics network.
  5. Implement best practices for coordinating logistics processes.
  6. Foster strong carrier relationships to ensure the best cost and on-time delivery.
  7. Oversee the flow of import and domestic products, from cargo tracking to
    Customs clearance and final delivery.
  8. Ensure full compliance with all legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry
    standards.
  9. Work closely with our 3PL partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  10. Monitor performance and collaborate to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a
    related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Proven experience in warehouse organization and global logistics coordination, with a
    focus on import and domestic operations.
  3. Strong understanding of global supply chain principles and logistics operations.
  4. Proficiency in using logistics software and systems.
  5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  6. Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
