Key Purpose of Role:

The role requires RF hardware design in fast-paced, time-sensitive projects while switching from one task to another and following the work plan to meet project milestones with quality.

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:

1. Hardware/firmware testing w.r.t applicable product standards.
2. PCB CAD design in Altium.
3. Coordination with L+G counterparts like manufacturing, engineering, product manager.
4. Contribute to upcoming communication technologies and testing respective products.
5. Work within a team to ensure product testing is completed on time and with the required level of documented proof.
6. Run or create new tests to confirm functionality/feature that is added to products.
7. Analyze test results, perform validation, track defects and provide regular status.
8. Defect Verification & adhere to project schedule and quality.
9. Coordinate with various teams during project execution on the issues & resolution.
10. Identify the quality KPI’s and ensure compliance at each stage.
11. Type testing of product & communication with 3rd party labs for getting certificates/ensuring compliance.
12. Support in Pre series, Zero series and production pilots.

Experience: 3.6 to 10 years of experience.
