Role Description

The (Contract) Recruiter reports directly to the Senior Director of Organizational Design and Talent Development and will be self-directed to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, employ traditional and creative sourcing strategies, and play a critical role in ensuring engagement with talent.

Talent Acquisition:

1. Source and screen candidates with limited work experience and/or education for hourly entry-level labor roles.
2. Conduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
3. Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely, accurate, and relevant feedback.
4. Record, track, maintain and meet recruitment metrics.
5. Work closely with others in a collaborative environment, also be self-motivated, and have exceptional time-management skills.
6. Harness technology and social media tools as well as utilize traditional recruitment activities.

Qualifications and Skills Required

1. Minimum 1-3 years experience in Recruiting, Sales Cold-Calling, Inbound and Outbound Customer Service.
2. Outgoing, friendly, reliable, and self-driven. Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and celebrating success with the team.
3. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and with frequent interruptions.
4. Own the candidate process through the interview, decision, offer, closing, and handoff to HR for offer letters and background/reference checks.
5. Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and collaborative problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to accurately follow instructions.
7. Understands the need for maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
8. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Even-tempered, grace under pressure.
9. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and enjoys working with a team.
10. Strong attention to detail.
11. Access to stable broadband internet, smartphone, and your own computer.
12. Utilizes traditional job boards like Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and/or Career-builder as a Recruiter.
13. Experience with Jazz HR and Paycom, UKG HRIS preferred but not required.
14. This is a remote position; however, each Recruiter will be assigned a region and must work according to the needs of that particular region/time zone.
