Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our client in Dallas, TX Metro Area! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage sales or mortgage operations recruitment. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $45/Hour!
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage potential candidates using various methods, including networking, social media, cold calling, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and talent pools to inform recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions across the organization.
- Develop and nurture relationships with passive candidates, understanding their career aspirations and effectively presenting opportunities that align with their goals.
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to determine their suitability for open positions.
- Utilize advanced interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide market insights, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Make recommendations on competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment strategies to improve candidate quality, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance overall hiring effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Sales Recruiter or Mortgage Operations Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software; experience with Workday is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
