Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our client in Dallas, TX Metro Area! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage sales or mortgage operations recruitment. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $45/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively source and engage potential candidates using various methods, including networking, social media, cold calling, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and talent pools to inform recruitment strategies.
  3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions across the organization.
  4. Develop and nurture relationships with passive candidates, understanding their career aspirations and effectively presenting opportunities that align with their goals.
  5. Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to determine their suitability for open positions.
  6. Utilize advanced interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
  7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide market insights, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  8. Make recommendations on competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.
  9. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  10. Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment strategies to improve candidate quality, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance overall hiring effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Sales Recruiter or Mortgage Operations Recruiter.
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and candidate assessment.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  6. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software; experience with Workday is a plus.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
