RSC2 is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support the RSC2 Corporate office. The recruiter will be responsible for working alongside the Director of People Operations and the recruiting team developing effective recruiting strategies to identify and hire qualified candidates for government contract roles to fulfill critical mission objectives. Our contracts offer a diverse selection of labor categories, job types, and locations across the globe. Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with internal program managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Conduct phone screenings using our internal database, external sourcing platforms, and LinkedIn.
  • Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems. Paylocity and Clearance Jobs preferred.
  • Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent people skills including collaboration, communication, presentation, and team-building skills.
  • 10% travel required.

Work Location:

NJ & MD Hybrid. After 90 days, remote possibilities.

Employment Type:

Full-time, Salary-Exempt.
