Elgen Staffing, New Jersey’s fastest growing staffing & employment agency, is seeking experienced Recruiters & Inside Sales professionals to join our winning team and help launch Elgen’s nationwide expansion.

As a recruiter you will be responsible for identifying quality candidates and helping put people to work across the United States. We are hiring goal-driven, team players who are self-motivated and driven to succeed – if that is you then let's talk!

Responsibilities:

1. Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
2. On-board and train new employees
3. Implement company culture, values and policies
4. Provide management with requested reports and documents
5. Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
6. Accurately maintain employee files

What we’re looking for:

1. Ability to handle heavy phone volume
2. Job board proficiency, Boolean logic knowledge a plus
3. Must be able to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
4. Social media savvy
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
6. Strong desire to be successful
