Position: Sourcing Recruiter - Mid Level

Location: Hybrid remote work and McLean, VA

We are hiring a Mid-Level Sourcer that will provide expertise to research, identify, engage, and screen prospects to generate qualified, interested, and available candidates for assigned requisitions or pipelines.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in strategy meetings.
2. Collect relevant data about individuals, companies, and markets to build a sourcing strategy.
3. Apply creative search techniques and engagement strategies to proactively generate relevant talent for the firm.
4. Thoroughly document sourcing activity in the firm's Talent Relationship Management tool.
5. Present high-quality candidates to Hiring Managers and Recruiters with descriptive and clear communication regarding fit and motivation.
6. Influence various levels in an organization by understanding which information to present to help the target audience make a data-driven decision.
7. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management.
8. Demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high efficiency ratios.

Qualifications

1. Agency Experience preferred.
2. Demonstrated track record of progressive achievement.
3. Strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics and results-driven environment.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Adept user of technology tools to research and identify prospects.
6. Experience sourcing for TS / SCI+ candidates is a plus but not required.
7. US Citizenship or Authorization to work in the US required.

Travel: < 10% (CONUS)
