In this exciting role, you’ll:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities
- Build out scalable and strategic global talent pipelines to source for top talents for various roles including Product, Design, AI and Machine Learning, Engineering, Operations, etc.
- Proactively identify and engage with top talents across various recruitment channels and platforms and utilize industry connections and networks (Linkedin, Workable ATS, college and industry specific career websites, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, align recruitment strategies and improve recruiting processes; foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Manage the full life cycle process: preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.
- Organize candidate documents, onboarding documents, and onboarding processes.
- Spearhead ATS management and recommendations for best solutions that align with SpreeAI's mission and values.
- Use data and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness, optimize strategies, and report on recruiting progress on a weekly basis.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruitment in a fast-paced tech startup or tech company.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting high-profile talents and building strong global talent pipelines.
- Experience with high-volume environments utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, or technical forums (Boolean, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Stellar attention to detail and demonstrates grit, speed, and passion.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
