Job Summary:
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of Nation Security, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients and employees. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing our overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and interviews.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Ensure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support the Human Resources department with onboarding new hires and organizing employee-related events.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Office Management Applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
