CTI has openings for Senior Technical Recruiter with IT experience in Chicago and NY.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Locating, screening, interviewing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates.
• Managing request lists, posting open requirements on the web and in other media.
• Processing incoming resumes.
• Coordinating activities of outside recruiters as well as conducting independent recruitment activities.
• Participation in job fairs, presentations and other company marketing and recruiting activities.
• Conducting phone screens, interviews, completing reference checks, meeting with managers, assisting in the selection decision process.
• Preparing, negotiating and presenting competitive/successful employment offers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 6 years of Information Technology recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with IT technologies/platforms/programming languages is required.
• Candidates should have highly organized skills; ability to work independently is essential.
• Abilities to perform/manage multiple projects and to work under pressure are critically important.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
