About the Role

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of HR operations within our company. You will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, managing recruitment and onboarding, overseeing employee relations, administering benefits, and supporting HR strategy and development.

Job Responsibilities:

HR Policy and Compliance

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Update and maintain employee handbooks for office and field employees to ensure policies are current and aligned with legal requirements.
  • Effectively communicate policy updates to all employees.

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Maintain job postings for open positions.
  • Provide initial screening of candidates and forward resumes to hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews as needed with prospective candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters, review them with hiring managers, and send them to candidates.
  • Provide benefits information to candidates during the offer process.
