Our client, located in Midtown Atlanta is searching for a Human Resources Manager to join their team.
The HR Manager will administer HR policies, manage employee relations, and lead recruitment efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards
- Onboard new employees and conduct new employee orientations
- Conduct Annual benefit presentations for employees and process benefit elections
- Maintain employee records and complete exit interviews and paperwork
- Perform recruiting as needed. Post job ads, review applicant resumes, schedule interviews and attend career fairs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years related Corporate HR Experience
- Excellent communication skills
