HR Manager Job at Staff Financial Group in Atlanta

Our client, located in Midtown Atlanta is searching for a Human Resources Manager to join their team.

The HR Manager will administer HR policies, manage employee relations, and lead recruitment efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards
• Onboard new employees and conduct new employee orientations
• Conduct Annual benefit presentations for employees and process benefit elections
• Maintain employee records and complete exit interviews and paperwork
• Perform recruiting as needed. Post job ads, review applicant resumes, schedule interviews and attend career fairs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources
• Minimum 5 years related Corporate HR Experience
• Excellent communication skills
