We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, HR with a proven track record of success across diverse settings, ranging from startups to large enterprises. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who has built HR functions from the ground up, including policy development and exceptional culture cultivation. The role will play a critical function in supporting organizational performance through the strategic monitoring of HR initiatives and the upkeep of a healthy and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with CureMD’s business goals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Design, implement, and refine HR policies and procedures that are scalable, compliant, and tailored to meet the needs of a growing, dynamic organization.
  • Performance Management: Manage the organization’s performance management framework, collaborate with department heads and team leaders to establish clear performance goals and metrics, and facilitate regular feedback and coaching with managers and employees.
  • Organizational Development: Drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, including change management, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and employees, addressing complex employee relations issues with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Mitigate risk through proactive management of HR-related matters.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Champion DEI initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making, track key performance indicators, and report on the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role. Experience in both small and high-growth global organizations is essential.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR) are desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to build and scale HR functions from scratch.
    • Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.
    • Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and driving employee engagement.
    • Experience with Workday HRIS and other HR technology and systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Annual Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000
