What You’ll Do:

  • Lead HR Solutions: Deliver HR strategies, organizational efficiency, and workforce planning.
  • Be a Thought Partner: Drive business outcomes through innovative human capital strategies.
  • Collaborate with Leaders: Plan and deliver impactful HR solutions.
  • Advise with Expertise: Guide business unit leaders on people and organizational issues.
  • Drive Success: Consult with leaders to achieve business goals.
  • Deliver Strategic HR: Align HR strategies with organizational needs.

Key Deliverables:

  • Strategic workforce planning and succession planning.

  • Lead and participate in HR projects.
  • Measure HR strategy effectiveness and drive action.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Organizational Development teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Proven leadership and partnership skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, influence, and coaching abilities.
  • Experience with employees at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Effective collaboration, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to changing environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Initiative to improve processes through data analysis and project management.
