Vaco LA is working with a client in the Non Profit industry who is looking for an HR/Recruiting Specialist to help support their HR team. This opportunity will be temp, temp to hire and is looking to pay between $28-$30/hr. This opportunity is located in Altadena and will be fully in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers for new requisitions.
• Handle any employee relations or investigations.
• Address all benefits administration questions and assist with open enrollment.
• Understand and implement CA labor laws and HR compliance.

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of HR experience required for the role.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Experience using Paylocity preferred, but any HRIS or ATS experience is required.
