Senior HR Manager

Our Client, a Multinational Manufacturing Company in a niche industry, requires a Senior HR Manager to join its team. This is an excellent role for someone looking to cut their commute, have flexibility, but still work in a very senior position.

Location: North County Dublin

Type: Permanent

The Job:

  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Globally network within the Corporation, learning best practices.
  • Be an active part of the decision-making process across all departments.
  • Lead HR change initiatives and contribute to business activities.
  • Manage HR functions on site.
  • Support local talent acquisition program.
  • Manage site relationships.
  • Develop a talent pipeline.
  • Support the delivery of training and development plans for the team.
  • Ensure implementation of Global HR strategy in alignment with local needs.
  • Ability to work through complex issues.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate:

  • BA in HR or relevant discipline.
  • 5 years+ experience working within a Senior HR Management role.
  • Ability to use own initiative while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working closely with unions.
  • Ability to influence at a Senior Management level.
  • Good team player who knows how to work in a team environment.
  • Flexible approach to work to collaborate with all business levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
