We are looking for an HR Business Partner to play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the organization. This role will be focused on driving people processes, enhancing employee experience, and fostering a culture of growth and development. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to managers at all levels, supporting them in leadership, talent acquisition, and employee development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support and Coach Managers: Provide guidance to managers on leadership practices, team development, and daily management routines.
- Lead HR Processes: Oversee training, employee engagement, performance reviews, and culture-building initiatives.
- Manage Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers on leading holistic recruitment cycles, from defining needs through interviews to decision-making and job offers.
- Support Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for newcomers and facilitate a positive new-employee experience.
- Handle Employee Relations: Address employee matters, including compensation, labor law, terminations, and individual support.
- Collaborate on Global HR Initiatives: Participate in global HR projects and cross-functional HR activities.
- Drive Learning & Culture Initiatives: Lead initiatives that strengthen employee learning, development, and organizational culture.
Requirements
- BA in Social Sciences or a related field; MA/MBA is an advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a high-tech or startup environment.
- Experience working in a global business environment is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment.
