As a HR Transformation Manager, you will lead and shape how organizations approach HR in the digital age. Your role involves defining, shaping, selling and executing HR transformation projects that integrate digital solutions, automation, process, and organization optimization. You will work closely with clients to improve HR functions, enhancing both business performance and employee satisfaction. This high-visibility role requires strategic thinking, deep expertise in HR transformation, strong client relationships, and effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Leadership & Relationship Management
    1. Build strong, trusted long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
    2. Advise clients on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
    3. Help clients optimize HR functions for efficiency, scalability, and strategic alignment.
  2. HR Transformation Strategy and Value Case
    1. Develop and implement HR transformation strategies that blend traditional HR practices with digital innovations like AI, GenAI, and automation.
    2. Leverage analytics to assess current HR operations and design future-state models with technology-driven solutions.
  3. HR Operating Model and Service Delivery Framework
    1. Design new HR operating models and service delivery frameworks for clients.
  4. Employee Experience & Talent Management
    1. Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience through personalization and engagement.
  5. HR Technology Evaluation & Selection
    1. Lead the evaluation and selection of HR technologies that fit client needs.
  6. Generative AI & Emerging Technologies
    1. Articulate how organizations should leverage GenAI and other advanced technologies.
  7. HR Operations, Shared Services & Outsourcing
    1. Advise clients on transforming HR operations through shared services and outsourcing.
  8. Process Optimization & Automation
    1. Lead initiatives to streamline HR processes using automation and data analytics.
  9. Project Management & Delivery
    1. Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  10. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
    1. Guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new HR processes.
  11. Business Development & Sales
    1. Lead business development efforts by identifying and generating new HR transformation opportunities.
  12. Practitioner Development, Thought Leadership, and Innovation
    1. Develop and coach practitioners on the functional craft of HR Transformation.

Travel

As needed, up to 80%

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience leading large-scale HR transformation projects.
  3. Minimum of 2 years' experience in designing and implementing HR operating models.
  4. Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Health Industry.
